Hire Fees for Residents and Local Groups
Hall hire is available at reduced fees to Parish Residents and local groups represented on the Committee. For details, please refer to the policy on fees for Local Groups. To nominate a group representative, please use the nomination form.
There are two rooms available - the small hall and the large hall.
The small hall is suitable for meetings and for small parties. The small hall is approx 17ft by 26ft.
The large hall is suitable for receptions, parties and dances.
With its high ceiling, the large hall is especially suitable for badminton; there are currently four badminton groups using the hall regularly. The large hall is approx 56ft x 35ft.
For live music, there is a self-assembly stage.
The hall is also large enough for a bouncy castle (please check the size first), so if you are planning a children's party, but don't want to be rained off, this is the place you are looking for.
Kitchen facilities are available with either hall.
In addition, we can provide crockery and cutlery hire for up to 100 place settings.
There is a large car park at the front of the building.
The tennis court is available to hire by the hour and for outdoor events, we can also offer use of the playing fields. The football pitch has been brought back to a good standard by our new resident team, the Eagles United Football Club. It will be available for hire to other teams for matches during the football season.

Please note that if you need 'setting up' and / or 'taking down' time, you must include this in the hours you book. We do not provide extra time free for preparation or tiding away.
A returnable deposit of £100.00 is taken against damage, breakages and other exceptional costs.
A charge will be made for cleaning if the Hall is left in a poor state. This charge will typically be £30.00, but might be more if necessary to cover the costs.
