New Members – all abilities, fitness and ages – always welcome
We have had weekly Fitness Classes in Pattishall Parish Hall for over 20 years now and we are still going strong. We all recognise the importance of regular exercise for both our physical and mental health and wellbeing, and the good news is you don’t have to travel far to join in because our classes are in Pattishall Parish Hall every Saturday morning.
Our sessions are planned on a 2 month cycle and include Pilates (developing strength by concentrating on posture, balance and flexibility) Yoga (to connect body, breath and mind) and a light Aerobics class (including core strength and kettle bells)
It doesn’t matter what your starting point is in fitness or age as everyone is welcome and you can exercise at your own pace and intensity. We have 4 qualified and experienced instructors who prepare and run each class, making sure we warm up properly, exercise safely, and enjoy the experience.
You are welcome to come along and watch a class first, and you can also join a class as a free taster session.
After that our classes start at 9:00am each Saturday morning, last 1 hour, and we charge £6 to cover the costs of the Hall and the instructor.
