Can we party till the small hours?
The hall can be booked up to midnight, but no later.
Is there a stage available?
No, there is no stage in the hall.
Can you provide tablecloths?
We do not provide tablecloths.
We suggest you use disposable paper ones.
How many people will the Large Hall seat?
There are 120 chairs, 19 oblong tables which seat either six with three on either side, or eight, three on either side and one at each end. In addition there are 10 smaller tables which seat one person on each side.
How many people will the Small Hall seat?
Approximately 40 if chairs are set out in rows, half that if tables are used.
May I decorate the hall?
Yes, but please note that no helium filled balloons are not allowed in the Large Hall.
May I use the kitchen?
Yes, use of the kitchen is included, at no extra cost, when you book either the Small or Large Hall.
If I use the kitchen do I have to bring my own cutlery and crockery?
No, you don't need to bring your own. The kitchen is equipped with enough crockery and cutlery, including dinner plates, small plates, dessert bowls, cups and saucers, to cater for 100 diners. Additional items can be provided to cater for 120 if required. However, we do not provide glasses of any sort so you will need to bring your own.
I would like to hire the Large Hall for a children's party. What entertainment may I have?
You are welcome to have a disco, magician, other children's entertainer, bouncey castle. However, we do not permit go-karts. If in doubt please check with the Bookings Officer that your chosen entertainment is permitted.
Is there Parking at the Hall?
Yes, there is a large car park at the front of the Hall.
