Hall hire is available at reduced fees to Parish Residents and Parish groups represented on the Committee.  For details, please refer to the policy on fees for Parish Groups.  To nominate a group representative, please use the nomination form

Please note that if you need 'setting up' and / or 'taking down' time, you must include this in the hours you book.  We do not provide extra time free for preparation or tiding away.

 

A returnable deposit (as stated on the booking form) is taken against damage, breakages and other exceptional costs.

 

A charge will be made for cleaning if the Hall is left in a poor state.  This charge will typically be £40.00, but might be more if necessary to cover the costs.
