The congregation at Astcote is small but active in the community  particularly at Pattishall School, where our Minister and member John Atkin lead Collective Worship. 

Rev David Speirs is a Foundation Governor at Pattishall School.

In addition, we run a Christian after school club – Thursday Club – open to all children at the school.

The Chapel is available for baptisms, weddings and funerals – please contact Rev David Speirs.

Services are at 10.30am each Sunday.  There is a monthly Family Service and refreshments are served after every service. 

A Lunch Club is held each month on the 2nd Tuesday for the elderly, retired or those living alone.

A lady’s ecumenical group – The Well Group – meets monthly for either lunch with a speaker, or a ‘Spotlight’ session focussing on a bible passage with a time of reflection.

Every Monday, 2-4pm we have Crafternoon where all are welcome to bring their particular craft – sewing, origami etc. and share a cup of tea and conversation.

Newsletter 

Each month, on the first Sunday 9.30-10am, we have a time to Pray for the Community and prayer requests can be placed in the Prayer Box on the wall outside the Chapel.  Prayer requests can be left in the box at any time and will be included in the prayers on the next Sunday.

Our building is available for hire with comfortable seating for 50+ downstairs, a well-equipped kitchen and an upstairs room for smaller meetings.
